Flowcore runs your books — and then your whole business, on the same system you started with.
Proper business software for Kenyan companies: one system for money, stock, staff and students. Switch on what you need, when you need it.
Three doors
Start where it hurts. Everything else is already behind the door.
My books
An owner or bookkeeper leaving QuickBooks, spreadsheets or paper.
Invoices, payments, bank and M-Pesa in one place, with someone who moves your data in.
Go →My trade
A duka or agrovet owner, a school bursar, an estate manager.
A ready cockpit for your trade, built on the same books.
Go →My group
Several companies, several PINs, one owner.
Every company in one place, each with its own books, one view across all of them.
Go →The small app you buy, the whole system you get
The expansion ladder
Books is the base. Every other desk is a switch on top of it, and every badge is honest.
DukaAvailable
Point of sale and stock for a shop or agrovet, with the books posted behind it.
About Duka →LeanorgAvailable
Lean management: 3C boards, kaizen, A3s and KPIs for the whole company.
About Leanorg →Proof, told deep
A Kenyan group: two schools, a college, trading companies and the holding company, all under one owner.

What Flowcore is not (yet)
- Flowcore is young. One group runs on it in production today; the second client is who this site is for.
- We host it. Installing the desks on your own ERPNext server is not offered yet.
- Prices are not published yet because the bands are not priced yet. You get a quote, not a number from a page.
- There is no 24-hour hotline. You get the people who built it, on WhatsApp and email, in Kenyan working hours.
- Farm is a design, not a product. Reports, Estate and Payroll desks are still being finished.
